Should Biden Take A Polygraph Examination?

I continued my search in DSM-5 concerning the behavior of Biden. Based on my extensive experience as a criminal investigator and as a polygraph examiner, I have handled many cases involving rape, sexual assaults, and the various deviant behavior associated with those types of offense.

Biden has displayed on multiple occasions on camera his obsession with being close to females of all ages. He smells their hair, touches them, and closes personal space to an extremely uncomfortable distance for the females.

In the latest explosive information by Tara Reade, a former Senatorial aide alleges Biden pushed her against a wall inserting his fingers into her vagina.

Another report recently in the media concerns an incident alleged to have happened in 2008 while attending a political rally in Delaware. He remarked to a young girl that she was well endowed for a 14-year-old as he stared at her breast. The woman, now 26 years old, has reported this as sexual harassment.

Biden is an embarrassment to the Democratic Party, his campaign, and America. Therefore they keep him hidden in the basement of his house in Delaware away from females and the public because they are concerned about his conduct and his mental agility.

DSM-5 states, “Under the general disorder called Paraphilic Disorder is a disorder known as Frotteuristic Disorder. This is when an individual over a period, at least six months, has recurrent and intense sexual arousal from touching or rubbing against a non-consenting person, as manifested by fantasies, urges, or behaviors.”

The second part of the information is sexual assault. As it stands now, no one knows for sure who is truthful in the allegation, and this allegation needs a thorough criminal investigation by a competent authority to establish the facts. I do not mean the media as they are not a competent authority.

There is a way for Tara Reade to firm up her allegations. First, a thorough criminal investigation on what she claims to have happened. During the investigation, a detailed written and sworn statement of the charges. The next step is to offer her a polygraph examination. A polygraph is voluntary, she must decide.

The test should be strictly on her statement. The veracity of her account would be tested. There are two ways to structure this type of analysis. A “Yes” test or a “No” test. What this means is the structure of the test question. Examples: “Are you lying about Biden inserting his finger into your vagina?” Answer No. OR, “Are you lying in your written statement concerning this incident?” Answer No. OR, “Are you being truthful in your statement about Biden inserting his finger into your vagina?” Answer Yes. Or, “Are you truthful in your written statement concerning this incident.” Answer Yes. There should not be a mixed “Yes” and “No” examination.

It will take a highly skilled and experienced polygraph examiner to administer the test. Under these circumstances, with the people involved and the on-going publicity, Ms. Reade’s attorney would want to be directly involved and would have to understand polygraph and allow the examiner to formulate the right questions and administer the test without interference.

The test questions I discussed are strictly examples, and most examiners would refine what I have written without question. My experience has been in these types of investigations; some people are making true allegations, and there are a few that fabricate false claims. A polygraph can assist the investigator in sorting out the truth without the political bias of the public. The only other effort is to offer Biden the polygraph. He should be given an offer first, and when he declines, as I suspect he would, then Ms. Reade should be offered the chance to confirm her allegation.

I have not even discussed the other issues about his connections to the Chinese Communist Government and his son Hunter’s relationship, where millions of dollars exchanged hands for what appears to be influence and access to the Office of the Vice President at the time. Biden is terrible for the United States, in my opinion.

If anyone is competent to know about polygraphs it is you and I found your explanation of a YES vs. NO tests enlightening. I had no solid idea as to how a polygraph exam was framed as to how the questions were formatted. I now understand how the baseline questions give that solid reading.

Ed, thanks. There is lots more that goes into such a test then I represented, but I wanted to illustrate the key question that all would be interested in concerning the polygraph. If she would go through the process and take a test and of course pass it, I would unequivocally say the incident happened.

I believe there is a plan by the Democrats to push Biden into office, and the immediately remove him, allowing the VP and speaker to step up.

I’m not sure that Biden will make it to November but in any case, Ms. Reade’s allegations should be investigated. Perhaps a letter from you to her attorney with the suggestion of a polygraph?

Golden Lady, perhaps that is not a bad idea. However, I have no idea who represents her, or for that matter if they would even entertain the idea.

Esther, you are so timely. In an off line discussion I just said there is one person I have in mind that should do the polygraph, and it is you. The caliber of your professional ability and your ethics would be ideal in this situation.

Stephen, she would be ideal. She is highly professional, ethical, and a straight shooter. If I ever had to take a test and I knew I was not lying about whatever, I would want her to test me. If I was lying, I would run as far away from her as I could. I have the utmost respect for her abilities.
